Main Features
1) Good fuel economy, flat curve of fuel consumption change, low generating cost.
2) Compact structure, good appearance, conducive to the cabin layout.
3) Gen-sets meet the international emission standard and the requirement of the IMO II stage.
4) Use whole pressing design flating shock absorber to lead to the small vibration and low noise of gen-sets.
5) Use whole pressing design flat oil pan specialized for ships, and meanwhile reasonably install stiffening ribs to enhance rigidness. No welding seam in its surface, one-step molding technology to stop leaking failure and increase reliability.
6) There are protective hoods installed in all rotating components of engine. The protection grade of generators is IP23 and insulation grade is H to make Gen-sets operation safe and reliabel.
7) Easy to operate marine instrument box and its performance is reliable. Not only display and parameters like Gen-sets sspeed, oil pressure, water temperature, but also control and operate the Gen-sets.
WP2/WP3 Series Marine Genset consists of WP2/WP3 series diesel engine from Weichai and generator from such renowned brands as Marathon and Siemens. Its power ranges from 16kW to 30kW. Its insulation class is H and above. CCS and ZY classification certificates are provided upon request. Product Introduction Generator: Marathon, Siemens, etc. with insulation class of H grade or above. Main Features Boasting high fuel economy, the Genset is small in size, light in weight with elegant design and compact structure. Using pressure lubrication, the engine can start without pre-lubrication and thus, save the start-up time.
